San Francisco Jazz Collective

San Francisco Jazz Collective is an all star group who was unanimously voted the best jazz group in 2006.

The lineup includes Dave Douglas, the most innovative contemporary jazz trumpeter; Joe Lovano, an outstanding  tenor saxophonist considered by many to be the best of the last 15 years; Miguel Zenón, who has developed an individual sound free of the influence of Charlie Parker and Stefon Harris, the best contemporary vibes player. The group will be accompanied by Andre Hayward (trombone), Renee Rosnes (piano), Matt Penman (bass) and Eric Harland (drums).
